insurance covering his Chevrolet truck for contribution of one-half the amount of a judgment recovered by one Grace Kenyon
in an action for personal injuries against Daleiden, as owner, one Melvin burnett, as driver of the Daleiden truck, and defendant
arising out of a collision between said truck and an auto driven by defendant. The case was tried before Milton D. Mason,
Judge, and a jury, and a verdict of $7,500 returned for plaintiff. From an order denying his alternative motion for judgment
